 Our Process

Consultation

Your first appointment is a free consultation, where we meet you at the property to have a chat about what kind of style will suit your property. Alternatively this can be done by emailing us a floorplan and photos of your property, we can also do video calls as well.

 

Confirmation

After the consultation, we will send through a detailed quote, listing items to be supplied, offer you a package price to hire for a 6 week contract. The styling package comes in full property styling or partial property styling. 

Once the quote is accepted and installation date is confirmed, we will then email you the official contract to sign and also 20% security deposit where applicable is required to secure booking. Just email everything back to us and will be ready to install on the day. 

Installation

Once the contract is signed and deposit is taken, rest of payment needs to be made at least two business days prior to the installation. We will coordinate with your Real Estate Agency to pick up and returned keys once we have completed your property. 

On the day of installation, our team will deliver all the installations required and style it up. 

Removal

At the end of your styling contract or when you sell

(whichever comes first) ,

we will arrange a removal. If you need to extend your contract period, please contact us to discuss.

Full Property Staging/Styling

Full professional styling which we will provide all furnishings and decor to attract potential buygers for your sales campaign.

Partial Property Staging/Styling

Style your home with some (or all of) your furniture along with our decor to present your home to attract potential buyers.
